[Retail Story 10 · K-Pharma]
From K-beauty to K-pharma: a look at how ChoiceDx is being installed in pharmacies.
Pharmacies today are more than a place to fill prescriptions. They've become an everyday health touchpoint, where customers also turn for supplements, dermocosmetics, and scalp and hair care advice. As more customers want to see their skin and scalp condition backed by objective imaging and analysis rather than a glance in the mirror, pharmacies have started installing ChoiceDx to meet that need.
This retail story rounds up pharmacies across Seoul and Busan where ChoiceDx has actually been installed.

Each pharmacy configures its setup a little differently. Smaller spaces where a quick self-service experience matters tend to choose the 15-inch self-service model, while locations with heavier foot traffic or a need for screen visibility go with the 21-inch version. Pharmacies that also offer scalp and hair consultations opt for the combined skin, scalp, and hair setup, and those that prioritize in-person consultation use the Pro model, where the pharmacist takes the photo directly.
Configurations vary, but across the board, the analysis results serve as reference information to support beauty and everyday health consultations and product discovery.
