We Respect and Protect Your Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our privacy practices to clearly understand how we handle your personal information, what we collect, and why.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Our primary responsibility is to securely process users’ personal information. Such information will only be used for the purposes and within the scope consented to by the user, or as otherwise required by relevant laws and regulations.

You may be asked to provide personal information during the sign-up process or while using our services. We only collect and use the necessary data for the following purposes:

  1. To provide accurate skin/hair analysis results and product recommendation services;

  2. For statistical purposes;

  3. To improve the usability and quality of services, including providing app usage guides, notices, promotional events, and newsletters;

  4. To improve the algorithms and train AI models that are applied to the analysis services for enhanced accuracy.

The following minimum personal information is collected when a user signs up for or uses the Services through our homepage, applications, or programs.

2. What Personal Information We Collect

A. Required Information

Information required to provide the core functionality of the service:

  • Year of birth

  • Gender

  • Ethnicity

  • Photos taken*

  • Diagnosis results

  • Service usage records

* Sensitive Information:
This app may collect photos of your face, skin, hair, or scalp as they are required for the consultation process—the core purpose of the app. In particular, facial images are used for the app’s “Full Facial View” function, allowing users to understand general skin conditions before detailed parameter-based analysis.
These photos will not be visible to other users or shared with third parties without your consent. The data can be permanently deleted upon your request at any time.

B. Optional Information

Additional information collected to provide more specialized services:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Address

C. Automatically Collected Data

When you use our App, we automatically collect data identifying your device and your usage of the platform, including:

  • Notification access

  • Device-specific settings and characteristics

  • System activity logs

  • Location details

  • IP address

  • Language settings

  • App crash reports and event logs

  • Access dates and times

D. Personal Data of Children

Our services are intended only for individuals aged eighteen (18) or older. If we identify personal information belonging to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age, we will delete such data immediately in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

3. How We Use Your Personal Information

A. We use the personal information we collect to manage customer relationships sustainably and to determine appropriate services such as product recommendations.
B. Personal information requiring consent is collected only after obtaining the user’s explicit consent—either through online checkboxes or offline documentation. By checking a box or marking consent on a form, the user agrees to the collection and processing of the specified personal information.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

A. The Company uses personal information only within the scope of the stated purpose and will not use or provide such information outside the Company without prior consent, except in the following cases:

  1. When the user explicitly consents;

  2. When required by applicable laws or regulations;

  3. When used for statistical, academic, market, or industrial research in an unidentifiable (anonymized) format.

B. Users may refuse to consent to the provision of personal information to third parties; however, doing so may limit their access to certain third-party services.


C. When personal information is provided to a third party located outside the user’s country, the Company will inform the user and obtain separate consent as required.

5. Entrustment and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

The Company may entrust certain personal information processing activities to third parties to fulfill service contracts and improve user convenience.
When providing user data to any third party, the Company will inform the user and obtain consent where necessary.

As of today, some personal information is transferred overseas as follows:

  • Recipient Company: Amazon Web Services, Inc.

  • Address: 1 Rue Rateau, 93120 La Courneuve, France

  • Country of Transfer: France

  • Transferred Data: All data collected on the application as specified in this Privacy Policy

  • Purpose of Transfer: Cloud data analysis and storage in Amazon Web Services

  • Retention Period: As long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and during any period required or permitted by law.

6. Retention of User’s Personal Data

As a general rule, the Company will retain and process personal data for up to one (1) year from the date of collection for the purposes specified in Article 1.
Facial photos may be stored for up to five (5) years for research and development purposes—specifically to improve analysis accuracy—upon the user’s separate consent.
If the user withdraws consent or terminates membership, the Company will promptly delete or erase all associated personal information.

7. Procedure and Method of Deletion of Personal Information

The Company deletes personal information immediately when it becomes unnecessary, including upon expiration of the retention period or achievement of its intended purpose.

A. Deletion Procedure:
Personal information subject to deletion is identified and erased after approval by the Personal Information Protection Officer (PIPO).

B. Deletion Method:

  • For electronically stored data: permanently deleted using secure technical methods preventing restoration or recovery.

  • For paper-based data: shredded or incinerated.

C. Disclaimer:
The Company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage not attributable to its own fault, including accidents caused by user negligence or incidents occurring outside the Company’s control (e.g., data handled independently by cosmetic shops or partner clinics).
However, if a user’s data is lost, leaked, altered, or damaged due to the Company’s fault, the Company will notify the user immediately and take appropriate remedial measures.

8. User Rights: Access, Correction, and Withdrawal

Users have the right, at any time, to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or suspension of processing of their personal data.

The Company ensures that the process for withdrawing consent (e.g., membership withdrawal) is as simple as, or simpler than, the process for providing consent in the first place.
